We need to go for the right builder who is having all the legal proof of the government authorities like: BBMP, BDA, BMRD, BWSSB and many more which can be knows to only real estate experts. We can invest our money with the help of real estate experts then only we can treat as at right place we are investing our money.
We can get more frauds, cheater and robbers in the big cities. In Bangalore the property agents are number one cheaters as my point of view because they don’t have their own property simply they bluff like anything in front of property buyers. If once the buyer falls into the net of agent’s words then the buyer has to think he will never come back from that agent.
